Bandai Tamashii Nations have just revealed their retail release plans for the months of June and July 2018, and while the tokusatsu offerings among them are slim there is at least one item to entice Kamen Rider fans. Initially revealed at the 2017 Tamashii Nations event, a new version of the S.H. Figuarts New Cyclone motorcycle is on the way to go with the newly released S.H. Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou Kamen Rider 1 and forthcoming Kamen Rider 2 figures.
This version of the bike matches the colourscheme of the previous single-pack release, rather than the 2-pack edition which came with the original Rider 1 figure. This version features slightly more red at the front of the bike, as well as blue areas surrounding the headlights.
Just how different this is to the original New Cyclone release is unconfirmed, as are both its price and accessories. Stay tuned to Tokunation.com for more information as it comes!

The trusty ride of Kamen Rider 1 & 2 is on its way! Initially revealed at Tamashii Nations 2017, New Cyclone is now confirmed for release via Tamashii's pickup notice.
It will be either a June or July release and seems to be available at retail. More info (accessories, price, pre-order date etc.) should be available very soon.

Well, I guess this answers my question regarding Seihou and bike compatibility. Glad I didn't pick up the previous release, not to mention this does look better.

Im was half expecting this to be a P-Bandai. Do you see what this premium stuff is doing to my mental health?!?

So stupid question, how is this different than the old one? Did they remold the seat or something for the new body?

Since I just bought the "old" one like last week, this one is a little bigger. And the Rider is a bit different and a little bit bigger. (like 5.50" inches for the old and I think 5.70" for the new, it's literally 'a little', bigger)
The knees are different and the lines of the suit line up a bit better. I think the shoulders are different, and he looks a little thicker and less .. toy-like? A little more 'man in a suit.'
I'm not upset though, I really like the one I have very much and it looks great on the shelf.
I was planning on picking up the new v1 and v2 figures any way.
for $60. the old 2 pack of v1 and cycle is a hell of a deal.
The new stuff is nice too.

Rider 1/2 and the Cyclone are definitely the SS release where I feel like it's not that much of a dramatic improvement. But you can't have a Figuarts line without the original. It's far from bad, but I don't think the previous normal releases were that bad at all. :/
That said, it definitely still looks great. The Rider that is. The bike is, well, okay. The wheels look very toy-like.
