Bandai Announces GoBuster DS Game

Posted on June 28, 2012 at 7:16 pm by Kiryu under Super Sentai

An article on Famitsu.com has revealed that Go Busters will be getting a video game on the Nintendo DS.

Screenshots from the article shows that the game will be a 2D beat’em up with plat forming and of course the three Gobusters will be playable. Gobuster Dice O Cards will also be included.

The game will retail for 5040 yen, and will be released September 27th 2012.

UPDATE:
A trailer for the game has now gone live!

It's kinda bad, from what I hear.

Well that's disappointing. Unsurprising really, but disappointing nonetheless.

I know. It's unacceptable that we can't have one good Sentai game, especially when all Rider generations was good, as far as Toku Games went

That and that we finally got a good Ultraman game. So now its just the Super Sentai pretty much! (Well of the "major" tokusatsu TV series anyway.)

I'd settle for one not on the Wii or DS.

I might actually get this game, but I doubt it would play on my old DS Slim (unless you can use the American console for Japanese games). Same thing with Rider Generations.

Standard DS games will work fine. I think its only DSi (?) and 3DS stuff that's got region locks.

Just did a quick check, and yes it's only the DSI that region locks. Anything prior to the DSI will play import games just fine.
