I saw this "figure" in Toys 'R Us yesterday and you can rotate his feet. I think it swiveled from the top of his boot, but the point is he need not be pigeon-toed.

He's big and all... but his proportions seem off...and then there's the lack of articulation in his legs and arms...
Oh who am I kidding, if they made a MMPR Green Ranger of this size I would be totally all over it.
