Power Rangers Megaforce Episode 3 "Going Viral" Preview Clips

Has your planet not been attacked by giant monsters on a weekly basis for the last 20 years? Have the power rangers not saved your planet for the last 20 years? Have you been in a coma for the last 20 years? ... Oh. You have? Then Yes I am

Ok wait that woman asked are you a super hero or somthing. WHAT! The city the megaforce rangers are in. Do they not have the news? And why with this being
the 20th is every one asking whats a power ranger? 20 years of them. And no one knows what a ranger is?????????????????????????

The first clip was corny

I suppose on some level they're avoiding the issue because you can't have folks just say "Oh, Power Rangers. Right on. Which ones are you? The ones who repelled a galactic invasion? No? Huh, alright." Once you've been exposed to the Space Rangers defeating Astronema, it's a tough act to follow haha

Well, it's not like this is a new phenomenon, Ninja Storm's pilot did this to try and establish new continuity (that was later botched by "Thunderstorm" and JDF taking up being Tommy Oliver again as the Black Dino Thunder Ranger) and let's not forget the "DUMBEST PERSON IN POWER RANGERS EVER" from Trakeena's Revenge.

The first two clips are fine (I can tolerate corny pep talks and people not knowing what Power Rangers are) but that last clip with the fight scene was painful. Did you notice there's about two punches in the entire clip? The rest of it is basic jumping around and random backflips over stuff. That may have sufficed in 1992, but it's a new generation and even if there aren't Kalishplosions everywhere people expect better choreography.

You know what'd be a cool idea? If Power Rangers were a public thing, known almost worldwide, and their past efforts and struggles are legend. Then these new rangers come along, well after the last team, and because they're not immediately the same level as previous rangers the public looks down on them. Then this series, as the 20th, can homage and pay respect to past series while having the new rangers struggle to live up to the legacy of Power Rangers and eventually achieve that mantle in spades. Sort of like what SPD did but more in depth and more the driving conflict along side, well, fighting monsters.

I just think that'd be a neat idea.
