After some heavy speculation, former Black Ranger Johnny Young Bosch (better known as Adam in the latter section of Mighty Morphin, Zeo, Turbo and from cameo appearances through In Space and Operation Overdrive) will not appear in the upcoming new season.
The actor confirmed details via his Facebook page:

What a travesty man. Bring him back for the 15th anniversary, to lead the retro team no less, then completely blow him off for the 20th.
I like Bosch as a person but I don't care much for Adam. Especially since Tommy is all I need from MMPR personally.
