Pre orders have just gone live for a new S.I.C Kiwami Tamashi two piece set.
The set will feature Rising Mighty Kuuga along with a Gouram that can be used with the Try Chaser 2000 mould Don’t have the Try Chaser 2000? Worry not, because the set will also include a Beat Chaser!
The set will be shipping out in November, and will retail for the very reasonable price of 5,250 yen, which prices each individual piece at 18$ USD before middleman fees and shipping.
UPDATE:
The Kiwami Tamashi Gouram will be sold separately.

is there anywhere else to preorder this? That site linked doesn't seem to load and I really want this.
Switchblade says
Ah, so that's where that went to. I thought for awhile that it had disappeared. I'm still waffling between getting this or the currently released Trychaser and individual Gouram. I'll probably just go for this one when it turns up on Mandarake.
Locke says
It's a web exclusive, which means you need to either preorder it through a middleman service, go for an insanely marked-up BBTS preorder, or wait for it to hit Mandarake after release.
Guess I'll wait until Christmas then!
Switchblade says
Oh, and because I just realized it, that's not the TryChaser. It's the BeatChaser, Kuuga's mid-show upgrade bike.
Locke says
How much would it be to do it all separately with what is already released? Would it be cheaper? And would anyone be able to link me to the pieces? Not a huge fan of the series but Godai was the first Rider I've met who actually fought with his bike so I'd like to have him with it.
Switchblade says
Honestly, this set is probably the best way to go unless you really want the original TryChaser.
Locke says
Which one is the right one?

You're looking for the SIC Kiwami Tamashii version, which is based off the more recent Decade Kuuga SIC.
The old SIC is way to big for the KT bike and probably has the fragility and articulation problems that plagued the earlier SIC figures. Those guys are around 7", the KT line is about 4".
