Bandai of America Announces First San Diego Comic Con 2013 Exclusives

Posted on June 27, 2013 at 1:58 am by Chris under San Diego Comic Con

Thanks to TokuNation.com member and RangerCrew.com founder Fury Diamond, we know what one of the first offerings will be for exclusive goodies from Bandai of America at San Diego Comic Con 2013!

Bandai of America has announced that they will be releasing 7 exclusive promotional cards for the Power Rangers Action Card Game. The cards are listed as P-183 to P-189 and will feature 6 cards of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers including the Green Ranger, White Ranger, and Red Ranger, three “surprise” cards from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, and one Megaforce Ranger card. They state that the three “surprise cards” will be hints of future releases.

There are also more things planned to be revealed as San Diego Comic Con exclusives, and will be released in the days leading up to the event.

A huge special thanks to Fury Diamond. Check out the entire list of Power Rangers Action Card Game by clicking this link here.

If the surprise Megaforce card is Akarenger, I will actually cry. Need to complete the Gorengers and I don't want to track down SDCC exclusive cards!

Depending on the price, I will pick up as many sets as I can for give-aways and such.

Apparently more will be revealed closer to the show. Obviously something Power Rangers related, but probably other Bandai items... Godzilla, Digimon, etc.

The card game is highly collectible for all age ranges. I don't see the problem here.

Does it even sell? I don't see packs anywhere I go leaving the shelves nor does anyone talk about it. Everyone I know (even kids) are into either Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh! or that Vanguard crap.

I think if it didn't sell, we wouldn't be seeing continued releases and exclusives.
