Saban Brands Announces All-New Episodes of Power Rangers Megaforce, Followed by the Season Premiere of Digimon Fusion, Debuting on Nickelodeon, Saturday, Sept. 7
LOS ANGELES, Aug. 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Saban Brands and Nickelodeon today announced that Saban's Power Rangers Megaforce will return with all-new episodes on Saturday, Sept. 7, at 1 p.m. (ET/PT), followed by the season premiere of the all-new Digimon Fusion at 1:30 p.m. (ET/PT) on Nickelodeon. The back-to-back episodes team up to create a MEGA power hour packed with action, excitement, humor and entertainment.
"Fans have eagerly been awaiting new episodes of Power Rangers Megaforce, and we're excited to bring them back as we launch another one of our highly anticipated television properties, Digimon Fusion," said Elie Dekel, President of Saban Brands. "The back-to-back programming will be filled with tons of action, adventure and fun. The fans are in for a real treat."
The return of new episodes of Power Rangers Megaforce continues the celebration of the franchise's 20th Anniversary, with today marking 20 years since the original series, Saban's Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, first aired on television on August 28, 1993.
Power Rangers Megaforce picks up when a shadow-stealing monster attacks, and the Megaforce Rangers must teach Robo Knight the power of teamwork in order to defeat him.
Digimon Fusion marks the sixth installment of the hugely successful Digimon franchise, which Saban Brands re-acquired in 2012. The all-new Digimon Fusion series follows Mikey, a human boy, who is transported into the digital realm and must team up with his new "Digimon" or "Digital Monster" friends before their world is deleted once and for all. New fusion powers allow Digimon to combine and fuse their abilities to create endless battle possibilities. Unleashing countless Digimon combinations, Digimon Fusion takes today's tech-savvy kids inside an adventure-packed digital world, where the heroes' courage is matched only by the fusion of their teamwork, loyalty and humor.

About Saban's Power Rangers Megaforce
Power Rangers Megaforce is the current season of the iconic franchise on television. The series, which airs Saturdays at 1p.m. (ET/PT) on Nickelodeon, delivers mega action, humor, excitement and entertainment, in addition to the core themes of friendship, teamwork, fitness, and helping others. Power Rangers Megaforce premiered as Saban Brands celebrates the 20th Anniversary of the Power Rangers franchise, which is helmed by Haim Saban, who created and produced the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series in 1993. Following its introduction, Power Rangers quickly became the most-watched children's television program in the United States and remains one of the top-rated and longest running boys live-action series in television history. The series followed the adventures of a group of ordinary young people who "morphed" into superheroes. It was seen in more than 60 countries, translated into numerous languages, and was a mainstay in the most prominent international children's programming blocks. Digimon Fusion will be great, Xrose wars was a great season, plus the toys to the series looked amazing from Japan so BoA PLEASE DON'T MESS UP ON THE TOYS CAUSE THE MOMENT I SAW THEM I KNEW I WANTED THEM, just didn't have any money at the time. Also Power Rangers Yeah

I'm curious if BoA would try to meld ZordBuilder into the Xros Wars toys. GoZyuGreymon, maybe?
Matrixbeast says
Concerning the Xros Wars toys, it's Saban at the helm. If you expect anything like the JP releases, you're raising your hopes too much. Power Rangers is insanely popular and relevant, and Saban still cut corners. Digimon hasn't been relevant in years.
As for Megaforce, yay, I guess. I want to know if they've stepped the quality of the series over the span of the huge ass break it had.

On another side we''ll get properly articulated Shoutmon and X4.

Anyways more Megaforce is good I guess, been trying to watch it but so far it's not doing anything for me.
Klonoahedgehog says
I'm more looming forward to Digimon, you have no idea how excited i am for that.
captain N says
