According to the source, he is due pretty soon on December 5, 2013, retailing at 3150 yen.

I'm not quite so smitten with Zangetsu's suit as everyone else, but Ryugen was my favourite suit for the longest time and his character turned out to suck. And as that is a lovely looking toy (and he looked sweet with Mango arms in the other thread), I might wait to see how he turns out in the show and grab him.
If I only get one Arms Change, it will be this one.
