New details for the fourth televised adventure of the Golden Makai Knight Garo have come online!
The story details available so far tell us that Garo will face 9 Demons to defeat and seal an-all powerful force known as “Demon Ailis” (also referred to as Messiah’s Tear).
As reported previously, the mantle of Golden Knight has been taken up by Saejima Raiga, son of the original Garo protagonist Kouga.
On his quest to defeat the Demons, Raiga will be aided by another Makai Knight named Crow, a Makai Priest known as Jiiru, a mysterious magical girl called Mayuri, and the faithful Saijima family butler Gonza (a returning character from the first Garo series).
“Garo: Makai no Hana” is expected to begin this April! Stay tuned to Tokunation for further details!
In the past makai priests were afraid of the power of Demon Ailis (also known as Messiah's Tear), and sealed it inside a tablet. In order to do that 9 other demons were required to become the foundation stones.
Such ominous past has been long forgotton, and the tablet is now being displayed in a museum. An unknown person with black outfit shows up one night, destroys the tablet, and set the 9 demons free.
Answering to the order from Priest Jiiru, Saejima Raiga from the Blue Watchdog is ready set off to reseal Ailis. Ailis is now seeds planted inside the 9 demons, and waiting for its time to respawn. In order to reseal Ailis a special madou tool from the council is required, and it will be arriving on the same night.
With excellent judgement and dynamism Raiga has chosen to take on one of the demons Azdabu. During their fight a girl, Mayuri, is watching them nearby. She is the one who has been sent by the council.

Saejima Raiga
The makai knight who has inherited the title of Garo. He belongs to the Blue Watchdog, and slay demons to protect others. He has his father's might, and his mom's geniality. He is known to be the strongest golden knight in history.
Crow
A makai knight who lives and acts in the shadows. He wields a makai sword that looks like a katana, and also Enzan (a shuriken type weapon). He doesn't belong to any Watchdogs.
Mayuri
The girls comes from the council, and have special power. She doesn't show her emotion much.
Kurahashi Gonza
Saeji family's butler. He is supporting Raiga like serving Raiga's grandfather, and father.
Jiiru
Blue Watchdog's priest. She looks like a young woman and always stays cool. Nobody knows the real her.
The show will be featuring famous actors, singers, models, and comedians every week. Some of them you have seen in old Garo series, other from Goraigan, Zero Black Blood, etc.

So do we know if Amemiya is directly involved in this show again, or is it a different crew like TOWSITD?
Yokoyama will stay as director and will not be writing (hopefully).
Writer crew will be the same as MAKAISENKI and Yami wo terasu mono.
Action director will be Tomita Minoru (assistant action director since MAKAISENKI).
Sakamoto not on the list.
