First Images of ACPB08 Zangetsu/Baron Set

With the Gaim Gaiden DVD coming out in April, a new set emerges! This new two-pack of Arms Change Figures consists of two key Riders from Kamen Rider Gaim, Zangetsu and Baron in their Gaiden-exclusive Arms, Watermelon Arms and Ringo Arms respectively!

Accessed through the Proto-10 Watermelon Lockseed, Watermelon Arms is a remold of Zangetsu’s original Melon Arms, with a modified gatling gun-shield weapon. Baron’s Ringo Arms is accessed through the LS-Taboo Forbidden Ringo Lockseed, utilizing a repaint of Kamen Rider Mars’s Golden Arms, right down to using the same weapons.

Preorders for this set open March 2nd and end on May 18th, with the current estimated price of 7000 Yen. Be sure to tell your usual middleman!

    Isn’t it a little bit strange to make Baron? From what I've seen it's the normal Baron with Ringo arms, so shouldn’t they make Idun and advertise that you can make Ringo Baron by using her armor with the normal Baron figure? This is Arms Change after all.

    Of course Zangetsu and Baron are the posterboys for the movie, but still.

    Oh, and FiguArt Zangetsu Proto-Suika Arms plz.

    Well, even if they did Idunn instead of Baron, her Ringo Arms are different- Baron's is a repaint of Mars's Golden Arms (right down to the helmet piece), while Idunn's is actually a repaint of the Kamuro/Jam Silver/Darkness Arms (again, right down to the helmet piece). So, you'd need either an extra helmet or two versions of the Ringo Arms due to the molded details on Idunn's Arms.

    Zangetsu Watermelon Arms looks cool. Baron, not so much in my opinion.
