For whatever reason lately I've taken quite an interest in these things. Probably seeing them in the show has made me interested in amassing an army of ghost hoodies...
And yeah, they look pretty cool. Gimmick seems cool. A couple of unfortunate things (head articulation, those gray tabs on the back of the hoods...) but mostly cool. I think I'm gonna end up buying some of these before too long, though I can't really afford to work them into my plans right now. Hopefully the aftermarket isn't too evil with them.
I've gotta say, either my Japanese is getting better, or wotafa's videos are just really relatable. He does a fantastic job of reviewing.
It's kind of lousy that unlike Gaim's armor change line, the Damashii forms reduce the head articulation to zero. I know these are the more simplified versions of the characters in comparison to the Figuarts, but still, it should have been possible to include some form of head swivel integrated in.
