Power Rangers Dino Charge Episode 15- RISE OF A RANGER- Preview Online

Is it really a spoiler since we already knew it was coming?

Two major questions come to mind here:

1) Philip is sparing with a robot that says "G-BO" on its chest. This apparently matches with a "villain" from Kyoryuger Ep. 15. I'm sad to say I have not seen this episode as of yet, but that robot has significance, doesn't it?

2) I am officially confused as to the title. Most have dubbed it Royal Sacrifice and yet many now deem it Rise of a Ranger. I miss something here?
