The first Blu-Ray release for Kamen Rider Ghost has been listed on Amazon.jp and an interesting special feature is mentioned this time!
A mini-drama side-story featuring Alan, the scarf-clad Ganma observer, will be included on these Blu-Rays. No story details have been revealed at time of writing but the feature may explore Alan’s history with Kamen Rider Specter or the early days of the Ganma.
Alan Gaiden (title subject to change) and the Kamen Rider Ghost Blu-Rays are scheduled for release on April 13, 2016!

Cool I guess. Can't say I really know enough to care about him at this stage though.
Question though: Is his name Aran or Alan? Overtime subbed it as Aran on the one episode I managed to catch it, but the only place I've seen him called Alan is here and on wikis, where did that come from?
(and yes, I know r's and l's are practically interchangeble in Japanese. I'm asking if there's a source other than that)
