We reported some time ago that FUNimation had picked up distribution rights to the first GARO anime series, Seal of Flames.
An official English dub of the series (referred to simply as Garo: The Animation) has finally been announced, and will be added to their online streaming services beginning March 15, 2016.
Sadly, no cast details have been provided at time of writing. Stay tuned to TokuNation as we keep you up to date on all Garo news!

FUNimation Entertainment has a listing for a English dub for Garo the Animation. The dub is listed with a March 15 premiere date. If you guys have been waiting for a English dub of the show, now is your chance. I've been waiting for a dub because I really like Funimation's anime dubs (Funny since I would say the total opposite like a decade ago or earlier).

Cool. I might give it a try since I already use the service. Helps that I enjoyed that anime pretty well.

I'm happy that GARO is getting a release in some form in the US. I enjoyed this series, it took about 5 episodes though.

I still haven't seen the show yet. People may call me a "Filthy Casual", but I watch dubs for anime most of the time. I grew up with dubs and I think Funimation does a good job on dubbing anime compare on what they did 15 or 20 years ago with DBZ. As long if the dub is faithful to the Japanese script and the voice actors are good, I don't mind. I like subs too, but I like check out the English voices first before I switch over. Sometimes I watch a show a second time subbed to see what the Japanese voices are like.

Cool, well, I'll look forward to a DVD or Blueray release one day in the future. Meanwhile, I hope they do Dark Knight Zex, Zoro and Leon in his final form into figures. Would probably collect his berserk mode if they do that as well. Just saying.

I've never heard of this show before, and I'm to lazy to google it, so can someone please tell me what it's about? And if it'll be available on Netflix?
KRWolfblade says
In the anime, a witch hunt launched by the Valiante Kingdom's king (under the influence of his advisor Mendoza) puts all Knights and Alchemists in danger and one Alchemist, Anna, gives birth to her son, Leon Luis, while being burned at the stake and Leon is rescued by his Makai Knight dad, Germán. Years later, Leon has become the Golden Knight GARO and returns to Valiante Kingdom to rid it of Horrors. At the same time, Mendoza usurps the throne and Prince Alfonso flees to find GARO, eventually meeting another Makai Knight, Rafael Banderas, who decides to train him. Basically, all the main characters must get together and stop Mendoza and combat the Horror threat.
I'm not quite sure if it'll be on Netflix...

Yea, it's a good series and in my opinion, way better than the trash that they are currently airing. That has been a huge dissapointment. . If u ever jump on the bandwagon, the first and second series of Garo were good. Everything else has been kind of mediocre. I just wish they would introduce Ohga some time and make a Makai Kado figure.
