The return of the GARO S.H. Figuarts continues! A new figure of the golden knight was recently seen in magazines scans, with many assuming it to be the renewal version of the Kouga Saejima version of the character previously seen at the 2014 Tamashii Nations event. However official images from Bandai’s Tamashii Web Shop can confirm this not to be the case, with the figure actually based on the golden version of Ryuga Dougai’s armour from the end of Yami o Terasu Mono (The One Who Shines in the Darkness)
A retool of the Garo Ryuga Ver. figure released a few months ago, Garo Golden Ryuga Ver. will be released in August as a Tamashii Web Exclusive, priced 6480 yen. He comes packaged with a selection of alternate hands as well as the Garo Ken sword and a slash effect part.

If that's the Ryuga version, why are his eyes green? Ryuga's are orange and were green when he was Lost Shine Garo. Unless those pics are suppose to be the original/Kouga ver.
ZeoRangerV says
EDIT: Nope, on inspection they were green in Yami at some point.
KyoryuGreen says
Well I definitely need this then if it is Ryuuga.

This is an easy and obvious thing for them to release, but I'm not really interested. Lost Shine Garo looks cooler anyway.
Now Tamashii Nations, let's talk about that new Kouga Garo you showed off...
ZeoRangerV says
Kinda on the fence about getting this. I don't really need another Ryuga Garo unless it's a Gold Storm version, but it looks fantastic and the Lost Shine figure was incredible.
Wonderwall says
How does the figuart for Lost Shine compare to the original Kouga GARO?
ZeoRangerV says
The Lost Shine version is just a better figure in pretty much every way. Which isn't all that surprising given the original is about 5 years old now.
