A new trailer for the next season of Kamen Rider Amazons has been posted online!
Set 5 years after the end of the previous season, Amazons Season 2 will introduce a new warrior named Kamen Rider Amazon Neo who will henshin using a new device called the Neo Amazons Driver!
Acclaimed tokusatsu writer Yasuko Kobayashi returns once again for Amazons’ second season, which will have a total of 13 Episodes.
Amazons Season 2 will be released via Amazon Prime Video beginning on April 7 2017!

New ending is called DIE SET DOWN (pun on original Amazon's dai setsudan attack), same artist as season 1
The new lead is named Chihiro, he transforms into Kamen Rider Amazon Neo. Haruka's new form is called Kamen Rider Amazon New Omega.
Season 1 was called the story of "the wild vs the cultured" season 2 is called "a story about boys and girls".
Story:
In the past, a massive spill occurred at the Amazon experimental lab. Most of the survivors were destroyed, hot-blooded young men enjoyed hunting Amazons and the experiment seemed to be drawing to an end. Far than ending, however, it was entering a completely new phase. The number of cases of ordinary people turning into Amazons without warning was rising. The government formed a new extermination unit to assassinate people who had turned into Amazons secretly and struggled to hide the truth.
Chihiro/Kamen Rider Neo is a loner, a boy raised by Amazons who hates them but must suppress his cannibalistic urges. One day he meets Iyu, an Amazon girl who transforms into Crow Amazon and vanquishes Amazon enemies with her awesome fighting power. Chihiro is amazed at his first glance of Iyu, because she’s the first human he’s met without thinking, “I want to eat her.” She’s the first opponent he’s ever wanted to get close to, but Chihiro is unaware of her story. Iyu is a “Sigma,” a biological weapon brought back to life after her parents turned Amazon and killed her.
So I'm guessing one of the big questions is what happened to Alpha in between this season and the last, since I've heard there a five year gap between seasons.
Got to wonder how the finishers work with this belt. I mean, the season 1 belt's are kind of a beautiful simplicity in this, just rev the handle and do a thing, but here?
Also, am I the only one who feels like inserting a collectible into a belt feels... out of place here? I dunno, maybe I'm just embracing the "edge" too much.

Woah, this is not the direction I expected season 2 to go in at all! Looks great though, and I'm glad it looks like all the season 1 cast is back (including Alpha, for everyone worrying).
A new lead is interesting, as is the new belt with a collectible focused interface (the use of syringes is funny, since some people though Ex-Aid would use those before we knew about the gaming theme). Luckily it still looks bloody as ever despite that.
Anyone able to translate the text underneath the picture of the new driver? I assume that's its name?
