In the recent scans of Hyper Hobby magazine, a pair of new S.I.Cs finally been slated for release, we now have new release info for S.I.C Kamen Rider Gaim Jimber Lemon Arms and Kamen Rider Drive’s Heart Roimude!
Both items will be Tamashii Web shop limited releases retailing for 8,856 yen a piece. Jimber Lemon will see release in September while Heart Roimude will be released the following month in October.

Don't get excited, these are for the SIC Hero Saga, so there's a good chance of these never getting released.
