Kamen Rider Climax Fighters Announced

A brand new fighting game is coming to the Playstation 4 featuring your favorite Kamen Rider characters. Announced and revealed today via YouTube, Kamen Rider Climax Fighters looks to feature your favorite Hesei and Show Riders including the most recent Kamen Rider Ex-Aid and even Kamen Rider Build.     So, is this another Battride War style game, or is it a fighter? I'd much prefer BW but based on the name and the nature of the trailer, I'm gonna have to say fighter...

    Its another installment in the Climax Heroes series that was around during the PS2, Wii, and PSP era. Until this one, the final game was Chou Climax Heroes for Wii and PSP. Its most notable for the fact that almost every Kamen Rider from Ichigo-Fourze was playable along with most, if not all, of their in series forms.

    That being said, I'd totally get this if it were coming to the Vita. I don't have a PS4 though so...

    I'm all over this. If it controls like BW but follows the VS Climax formula in an open DBZ Zenoverse/Anarchy Reigns-like arena, this could be a lot of fun to play.

    From the brief bit of gameplay, I wouldn't be surprised if this is a Z-target style of fighter ala Dissidia Final Fantasy. I want to say those style of games have become super popular in Japan especially in the arcade scene.

    Who knows. This game could be a proper Rider fighting game that we could be waiting for. I hope the game will be fun since I never played any of the Climax Heroes games.

    Looking at the gameplay teaser at the end of the trailer... no, it certainly won't be.
