The latest round of magazine scans has begun to circle the Internet, giving us some insight into the future adventures of Kamen Rider Build!
This is our first proper look at Build’s new villain- Kamen Rider Rogue! Rogue is a new enemy who henshins using the Nebula SteamGun– his powers come from the CrocodileCrack FullBottle. The full story of Rogue is not yet revealed but he will be a formidable opponent.
Kamen Rider Rogue has two henchmen aiding him, each with their own Nebula SteamGun powers-
*Fu Washio uses the Gear Remocon to become Remocon Bro and attack with super-speed.
*Rai Washio utilizes the Gear Engine to turn into Engine Bro and fights with tremendous strength.
Together, these two Gears can fuse to make an all powerful new form known as Hell Bros.
To fight back against such fierce opponents, Sento will have to test the limits of his latest device- the Hazard Trigger. The Trigger can greatly increase the power of Builds’ BestMatch forms, but prolonged use of the Hazard powers could cause Sento to lose control of himself.

A new enemy approaches!
Rogue's powers are fueled by the "Crocodile Crack" FullBottle.
He has two powerful henchmen- "Remocon Bro" & "Engine Bro." Together they become the Hell Brothers.
I mean...........with the name ROGUE, and the access to a Steam Blade, and his dark color palette......hmmm, I wonder who it could be??
IT'S MOST LIKELY NIGHT ROGUE! HELL, THEY EVEN HAVE THE SAME NAME! WHY HAS NO ONE MENTIONED THIS?
also i think that the two new Kaisers are cool, I was really hopping that they weren't a movie exclusive thing and I'm really happy with them.

Information about the Washio brothers according to the scan:
- Remocon Bros and Engine Bros are loyal warriors of Seito and are comrades of Kamen Rider Rogue.
- Remocon Bros is Fuu Washio, who uses the Gear Remocon and Trans Steamgun to transform. He is a speed-type warrior.
- Engine Bros is Rai Washio, who uses the Engine Remocon and Trans Steamgun to transform. He is a power-type warrior.
- By combining with each other they become Hell Bros.
Fun fact, Fuu mean Wind, and Rai means Thunder. Their names are obvious references to the mythical Fuujin and Raijin, literally Wind God and Thunder God of Japanese lore. And their combined form works as a tribute to Kamen Rider Kabuto's Kick Hopper and Punch Hopper's collective nickname, the Hell Brothers.
Also, I freakin' LOVE this Rider design.
