There’s a few constants in life – taxes, weather changes, and eventual death. But did you also know that something Kyoryuger related is also released on a yearly basis? For the fifth year in a row, and four years since the series premiered, we have something new from the fan-favorite Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger!
In partnership with Brave Frontier 2, which releases for mobile in Japan on February 22nd, the cast of Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger has come together again with a special promotional episode titled “This is Brave! The Battle Frontier!”, numbered as 33.5.

You know...sometimes life is pretty cool. Haha Kyoryuger is one of my favorite toku shows to this day, even if I recognize others are objectively better sometimes. And it's also the show that just won't die. Unlike every other toku franchise, it's had plenty of post-season content. The usual DTV stuff, including a utopian-set epilogue, Dino Force Brave, and now another full episode. How incredible is this? =)
Any bets on who will sub this and when? I need this in my system ASAP.

Wow, this was actually super cool considering I was expecting some cheap promotional thing. It was even written by Riku Sanjou! Which definitely adds legitimacy to the whole thing, and also gets us amazing meta jokes about the real reason the Kyoryugers are always fighting in random empty places. Good stuff.
It's crazy to think Kyoryuger was popular enough to justify this, though. I know it was successful, but wow, how many other Sentai get an extra episode years after the fact? I'm pretty sure the answer is none.

If there ever were a game for Kyoryuger to collab with, it would be one called Brave Frontier.
I adore the series. Seeing still getting love practically yearly since it ended only makes me happier. Hearing the pre-opening narration again after so long literally made me smile from ear to ear.

Kyoryuger is a bad series and its a real shame that the monster designs were attached to it. Thank god Dino Charge attached them to a good show.
