NOTE – We have left out any spoilers for Mighty Morphin Power Rangers 25. Our spoiler review will happen at 12:00am EST on Wednesday, March 28th. We will mark the title with spoilers. The rest of our coverage for the Power Rangers Shattered Grid panel from WonderCon 2018 is below.
At WonderCon 2018 BOOM! Studios held a special panel for the Power Rangers Shattered Grid event which officially kicked off in Go Go Power Rangers 08 this past week, and continues THIS week with Mighty Morphin Power Rangers 25. During the panel, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers comic writer Kyle Higgins selected one lucky fan to read the issue first. It was simply a ploy – every member in attendance received an early copy of an exclusive cover, specifically for this panel, to read DURING the panel. There are now a large number of fans who know what happens in the comic and most of them have exclaimed the same reaction – BUY THIS ISSUE and YOU ARE NOT READY FOR THIS ISSUE.
Here are some spoiler-y tidbits of information from the panel. Go Go Power Rangers 08 spoilers included without spoiler tag – we do not believe something that’s already released is a spoiler at this point.
– The Ranger Slayer, who premiered in Go Go Power Rangers Issue 08, is indeed the Lord Drakkon universe Kimberly Hart, the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Pink Ranger
– – She wields the Bow of Darkness
– The Gravezord is officially named in this design image, made up of various pieces of the fallen Power Rangers from Lord Drakkon‘s universe
– Due to a huge, spoiler event in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers 25, the final cover for Mighty Morphin Power Rangers 26 has not been fully revealed
Get ready, Power Rangers fans. The Shattered Grid event is now underway. And truly, NO RANGER IS SAFE.

Beast Morphers on the other hand it could maybe nod it with what the story allegedly is.
If anything though, we may get a much later series/special nod to this as a miniseries for one of the streaming platforms. Though it'll likely be as changed as most comics to motion media tends to get. But if it's profitable with the merchandising side looking extremely lucrative and likely to move product(which god yes it will! I know I'd buy all of it under Hasbro's older standards in their 4'' prime!), it could happen.
Depends on cost efficiency to reward and how to approach. It's also possible we could get a Nickelodeon evening special that's geared more towards the Tweens to teens and adult too since they have wider outlets than normal child fare style programming that normal PR is aired for. Those kinds of markets for "darker" material tends to give ratings spikes to nickelodeon, like how Are You Afraid of the Dark and SNick in general provided.
Depends on if they could be talked into it, or if Saban feels a different Paramount outlet would be better. Paramount's on very friendly terms with Netflix right now too though. As well as Lionsgate is getting friendlier with Netflix too.
So really, I wouldn't count anything out. Show your support by buying the comic and praising the designs and pleading to get toys of it, and you never know what might happen.
Cause God yes I want all the sentry rangers in 4'' modern gi joe style. I'd buy them nonstop for collecting and customizing!

I bought my first comic subscription with issue 25 so I'm excited! (Before I just borrowed them from the library...)

I like the hooded look but you are already wearing a helmet. The hood is very redundant.
As to crossovers. Honestly I wish Saban would try to take advantage of this media. I've felt the lack of popularity with Powers Rangers came from a lack of effort on Saban.
Guyver Spawn says
Gravezord looks like a Digimon if you ask me.

The proportions, nearly the entirety of the head, the feet, the dragon head with a sword coming out of its mouth for an arm, the red jewel in the Center of the chest, even the shoulder emblems... It’s pretty damn obvious. But it’s got wings instead of a cape and they switched which arm is the dragon-head-sword, so nobody will notice, right?
It’s a shame too! The idea of a Megazord that’s a Frankenstein of destroyed Zords is awesome. Just it’d be a lot better if they actually started by making a Zord and not copy pasting an iconic Digimon and then sticking random Zord parts over the skeleton.
