Fans of the Netflix documentary series The Toys That Made Us have been wondering for some time now if the show might explore tokusatsu and any related merchandise.

Well, wonder no more!

Announced at San Diego Comic-Con, the documentary series’ third season will be taking a look at the Power Rangers franchise- exploring the development of the original television show & the related action figure craze that followed, while examining later influences as well.

Sadly, no release date has been announced for The Toys That Made Us’ third season as of this writing. Stay tuned to TokuNation for further details!

    There's a lot about early PR and Sentai that is pretty muddy in details, so I'm curious if they'll explore them!

    Such as the short-lived US airing of Dynaman and the plan to adapt Bioman as the first season of MMPR instead of Zyuranger.

    I'd be excited for MLP, but then I remembered I honestly don't care about G1-3 of MLP.

    Nice. MLP a no-brainer, TMNT DEFINITELY deserves an episode especially regards to the late 80s and early 90s toys, and glad Wrestling toys are getting the spotlight too.
