Shodo Super Chodenshi Bioman Revealed

For the man!

I saw this coming miles away after BioRobo & BioDeagon got announced last year, looks like the shodos following the Super Mini-Pla releases will be the trend from now on, hopfully we can see the Abaren-Oh/Thundersaurus Megazord announced so we can finally have the full AbaRanger/Dino Thunder team next in Shodo form.

Shodo Super? *looks at images* DAYUM! They got hella good articulation. Almost like Figma.

The only thing super about it is probably the fact that they finally came across to paint the back side of the figure cause Bandai refuses to paint both front and back of their figures these days unless they are high end.
That said looks great in a retro cool kinda way. Keep in mind this show aired in Japan the same year the Apple Macintosh was announced.

Y'know honestly...I might get this. I've always loved the Bioman suits. Also, this makes me wish I hadn't skipped out on the minipla releases.

But look at the bright side, it does give you the excuse to make a fit-to-scale Bio Dragon if you feel like it.

I don't remember much of kindergarten but Bioman certainly made an impact. It was because it was the coolest superheroes I saw on TV compared to the wackiness of the Ghostbusters. I live in the Philippines and watched it in our native language. It hurt that sentai toys were scarce and probably expensive because of poor distribution back in the day. so, i watched this show/cartoon commercial without ever owning the toys. what heartache!

I never had so much of a powerful impulse buy till I saw the preorder today on Facebook. It is like reclaiming childhood trauma. XD

The Shodo Super Bioman action figures are 1,984% awesome.
