This is a Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club special and set to release online on May 21st.
The story is set as a prequel to the events in Kamen Rider Geats, transitioning in to a “midquel” as the history of Win Hareruya is told (ahead of his upcoming return in Kamen Rider Geats).
