Tsuburaya has announced a unique new Ultraman project for manga fans!
A new series Ultraman: Along Came A Spider-Man features the second crossover between Ultraman and a Marvel Comics hero (following Marvel’s own Ultraman X Avengers series previously announced).
In this new adventure, Spider-Man is brought aboard the Interdimensional Train following a devastating battle with Doctor Doom. When Doom sees the Ultraman and kaiju battle he becomes obsessed with taking the heroes’ new power for himself.
Writer Shigenobu Matsumoto will helm the manga while Tomo Hirokawa will serve as artist.
Ultraman: Along Came A Spider-Man will be distributed in the US thanks to VIZ Media with the first release scheduled for August 14 2024!

Wasn't there a mystery train in an episode of Ultra Q?
If that's the basis for "Interdimensional Train", then that's not only a hell of a deep dive, it's also a smart way of attracting Marvel fans to Ultraman by including an element of the series that started it all and in a way that serves the needs of a crossover cause the concept is one of the most logical choices.
Seeing how the Marvel and Tsuburaya crossover is continuing I hope we get to see Symbiote Belial one day. Yeah, I said it.
