No. 1 Sentai Gozyuger DX TegaSword Robo Revealed

Bandai has released the first video demonstration of the main henshin device AND Mecha for the upcoming Super Sentai series No. 1 Sentai Gozyuger!

This is our closest look yet at the DX TegaSword– a hand mounted device used by all five Gozyugers. The TegaSword is powered by Sentai Rings that unleash the powers of past Super Sentai teams.

The TegaSword has a Mecha form as well! The default form is TegaSword Red used by Gozyu Wolf but additional forms can be unlocked with new armor sets:

*Gozyu Leon’s Leon Buster 50
*Gozyu Tyranno’s Tyranno Hammer 50
*Gozyu Eagles’ Eagle Shooter 50
*Gozyu Unicorns’ Unicorn Drill 50

The DX TegaSword Robo is priced at 7150 Yen while each Gozyu Armor is priced at 3850 Yen. The Gozyuger line will begin on February 15 2025!

    - The P.R. Special that aired after Lost Galaxy's "Redemption Day" with Austin and Walter. It showed Zyuranger footage, but only Gorenger was referenced by name.

    Well, the use of numbers was actually expected. The main thing is that Toei does not decide to introduce fractions to its young viewers.

    Indeed. Seeing how it's ゴジュウジャー and not ゴージュウジャー I agree that the number 50 might be emphasized somewhat because Japanese wordplay. Also, I can't help but think we will have a core five but no tsuika like Bun Violet or ToQ 6, but rather have a bangai much like VRV Master or Ninjaman. That is, unless they decide to add a tsuika and just have fun with the whole running gag of we're technically five rangers but this person is with us and we sure ain't hell rebranding as Rokujyuger.

    Something else to note besides the number of Sentai is that next year is also the 50th anniversary of Gorenger. So either way, they are definitely making it known that we're having an anniversary Sentai.
