DX Ghost Eyecon Ore Damashii Special Edition Revealed

For those eager to grab hold of the Kamen Rider Ghost opening theme, Bandai will be throwing in a nice incentive for those that buy the psychical version single by J-Rock band Kishidan.

And that is a special version of the DX Ghost Ore Damashii Eyecon, which will have a different sticker and outer shell. Also included are two Ghost Ore Damashii Ganbarizing cards. The single will see release in December, retailing for 1900 yen.

    It's a stylized version of "氣" which is the first kanji in Kishidan's name.

    Awesome! Love the fact that it's a Kishidan Eyecon. Shame that it's not, well, called that. Cool numbering and finisher though.

    I've just now come to the realization that almost any potential Eyecon just needs five specially printed stickers and a plastic recolor.

    The marketing and budgeting departments this year really brought their A-Game. Between the cheap in-show form changes and seemingly even cheaper to produce collectibles, it looks like they really took the poor sales of Drive to heart and came up with some genius tactics this time to make up for it.

    Yeah, that's something I realized soon after I first got Newton...these things are gonna be easy to do countless variations of. Technically they do require new molds for the pins underneath, but that's a very small thing compared to making a full new car or lockseed cover or something. (Also, it's actually only 3 stickers, since the irises are actually just two stickers).

    But yeah, these things are cheap. They still look great though, so I don't mind...it's probably keeping the cost down, as well.

    Good points, although It'd still be at least four stickers including the one on top.
