This was an acceptable episode, but it still felt fairly generic and "by the numbers", especially in terms of Zord Introduction. The use of a "message pod" is interesting, but a weird way in which to introduce a new Ranger, even though Silver doesn't actually do anything besides hologram gesturing. The strange appearance/disappearance/reappearance of Graphite and Aqua Rangers doesn't help the flow. I also think they mismanaged some of Hookbeard's Kyoryuger footage (reused scenes and slowed/trimmed scenes). Keeper also bothers to "fight" again (brief laser fire). However, Singe finally screws-up and flees. The "Boss" can't be too far out now!!!

Not terrible, but you can't help but think that something is missing.

P.S.: How did Morgan create a Titano Charger without access to the Silver Energem?

have they EVER actually said Aqua Ranger's first name out loud?!

They may have a few select times when it's not Tyler addressing him. If not, the credits go by the name "James".
