Releasing this Wednesday, the 9th issue of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers by BOOM! Studios really does change the game, so to speak, with a big reveal near the end of the issue that promises to get the Power Rangers fandom in a bit of a tizzy. We aren’t about spoilers so we won’t be spoiling anything for anyone here – but make sure you get to your local comic store on Wednesday morning, or download the issue digitally, so you can join in on the conversation. You won’t be disappointed!
NOTE: We used a retail copy of the issue when writing this story. No advanced copy or information was given to us by BOOM! Studios or Saban Brands. Please visit your local comic store or favorite online outlet and purchase your copy on Wednesday, November 30th.

What are the best "digital" outlets?
P.S.: Retail Copy to pre-examain this quick?
TokuChris says
Comixology is the best place to get it, but I think you can also get it on iTunes.

Actually found one! With the demise of Hastings, Books-A-Million was the only option and I found a single copy after a minute or two!
The story merely continues from what has transpired and doesn't offer too much, until... we see something the franchise never has and offers only questions from here on out!!! Is this an "origin" story? If so, Zordon said something like "the power of light" with regards to the origin in Season 2, which was kinda vague! The terrain itself looks almost like a bleak future, but the Deserted Planet from Season 2 had Earth-like architecture. The only thing that can be said: THIS IS NOT ZEDD!!!
P.S.: The image of the team on the cover reminds of "All Green!" from Gokaiger 43!
P.P.S.: Message to Bandai of America - "FIGURES, NOW!!!!!!!"

rita created white dragon ranger
white with evil
TokuChris says
It appears that the Black Dragon is actually a "vessel" in which an evil version of Tommy from an alternate future, who never turned good, used to travel through time and space. Hence his hesitation to kill the Green Ranger and, obviously, the sick looking suit.
