Thanks to Instagram user @powerrangerstoysau and @lestraque we have some in package images of the upcoming Legacy Zords. For those unawares, the Legacy Zords are larger scale articulated versions of the original Dino Zords. They come with a small Power Ranger pilot and do NOT combine or transform in any way shape or form.
The first wave consists of the Tyrannosaurus-Rex Zord and the Sabertooth Tiger Zord. Check out the images by clicking the title of the story.
NOTE: The prices on the packaging are NOT final prices for the United States, as they are located in a specialty store in Australia.

If they wanted to put MMPR back on the shelves why not just give us an updated legacy version? I'd pay voltron prices and deal with picking up each zord individually if it meant having something better than the 2010 megazord.

For a legacy release, these lolk like sh*t

Looking at these, all I could think of is just release the SOC Megazord in 5 pieces.
5 new MMPR figures on the shelves, all combine to give you a good reason to get them all, and it would combine into a good figure in the process.

I kinda dig ‘em, but I’m not going to buy any of them. I don’t think I can justify the prices for something I already have a good enough representation of.

Does Bandai really honestly feel that MMPR fans want yet another Megazord product?
They have way too much faith in season 1.
EpsilonX says
If these were $20 each and then $30 or maybe even $35 for the t rex, they'd be awesome. Sure, they can't combine, but Megazord toys always end up sacrificing articulation for that ability. These releases give us articulation instead, which is pretty cool for those of us who are more interested in articulation. However, these are ridiculously overpriced. If I'm gonna spend that much money on Megazord stuff, I'll just get the SOC version. Jeez.
chaos42 says
but the individual zords rarely get used on their own unless its the body of the mech -like t rex and dragon zord both fought giant monsters but the others are just there to become limbs unless its a stand alone zord or a attachment that gives modes or weapons there isn't a good reason. also if you want more than the smaller more articulated figures are the way to go not these things
