The end of the Heisei Era is fast approaching, and Kamen Rider is celebrating the end in their favorite way: with an epic crossover movie!
Kamen Rider: Heisei Generations Forever has just been announced. This film will be a team-up between Kamen Rider Zi-O and Kamen Rider Build. While the cast has not been fully confirmed at time of writing, appearances from other Kamen Riders from throughout the Heisei Era seems very likely.

If you look closely at that silhouetted Rider (assuming it's ZI-O obviously), W and Den-O seem to be enlarged (aside from Build of course) within it. What could this possibly mean?

I guess they're still using the Heisei Generations Moniker because Zi-O i the last Rider to debut in Heisei.
