A few days ago, a slew of scans dropped giving us a glimpse at what Kamen Rider Zi-O had in store for us in the new year. The centerpiece of the scans were the three Kamen Riders of the future: Kamen Rider Woz, Kamen Rider Quiz, and Kamen Rider Shinobi. It came as a bit of surprise to learn that Quiz and Shinobi will not only be getting full-on stunt suits but story arcs of their own including their own Another Rider versions!
In another update, we now know that Kamen Rider Shinobi will be portrayed by Super Sentai alumni Hideya Takada better known in our little circle for having portrayed Kinji Takigawa/StarNinjger from Shuriken Sentai Nininger.
Kamen Rider Shinobi’s human identity will be known as Rentaro Kamikura, though much of his character and backstory remain a mystery. With this recent announcement, it stands to reason that Kamen Rider Quiz will most likely be getting his own civilian form as well though nothing has been announced at the time of this writing. Stay tuned though, and we’ll be sure to keep you updated as more info becomes available.
One can only assume this Rider will be stronger than before.

It's pronounced Ji-ou (or geo) so I guess it's a combination of the characters 字 (from kanji) and 王 (king).
Someone on Reddit pointed out that it could be read as "The O", which then got me thinking that it could be the "The King" (since O can mean king).
Which could make it Kamen Rider "The King".

Could also be Geo as in geography and stuff. I remember hearing a rumour that 'adventure' and 'assembly' would be a theme so that adds up
I was going to say I'm disappointed it's not Kamen Rider Score (Decade 10 -> Score 20), when I realized that I have the series numbering messed-up due to (1) Amazons, and (2) the Heisei era coming to an end in April of 2019. So this will either be the 19th or 20th Heisei Kamen Rider series depending on whether you count Amazons and whether it'll still be considered a Heisei series, since it'll bridge two eras.
Also because the name "Kamen Rider Score" would've better fit for Hojo Emu.
Yay for a name that invites less speculation? I expect Galador is right about guessing the "oh" could reference "king."

I can already see people using the number theory again.
Geo seems plausible. "Kamen Rider World" was an older special iirc, so it could be a mild throwback to that. Could be an Atlas rider, and there are a lot of world plays that fit into that Geo/World theme.
Or it could be something about a king rider. They've done that a few times though with Faiz, Blade, and Kiva. So that wouldn't be a far stretch either.
Could be something no-one has guessed yet too.
Likely some kind of anniversary nod though. Wonder if it'll be a split season one like Decade to W was.
