under Power Rangers

TokuNation forum member Raz has uncovered some interesting new Power Rangers Dino Charge items in Toys R Us’ computer system . Please be aware all details are unconfirmed at the time of this writing. Official releases may vary from our early speculations.

 

The items of particular interest in these new Dino Charge toy listings include-

2 new Basic Gear Items:

42039 Gold Ptera Morpher 
42040 Gold Ptera Saber 

One new Megazord:

Another wave of 5-inch action figures:

The Gear &  new Megazord likely belong to the Dino Charge Gold Ranger. The Graphite Ranger could be the American name for supporting character KyoryuGrey. The action figure Sledge is likely an enemy character (perhaps a member of the Deboss Legion).

In addition, listings apparently confirm that the Dino Charge toyline will contain 60  Dino Chargers (which seems to be the American name for Kyoryugers’ Zyudenchi). Which Chargers will make the transfer to this new series? Only time will tell!

New images have come online showing us the enemy character from the upcoming crossover film Kamen Rider Drive X Kamen Rider Gaim: Movie Taisen 2015 FULL THROTTLE!

This new villain is known as Kamen Rider Lupin. His story is mostly unknown at this point but he uses a transformation weapon similar to Machin Chaser.

Bandai JP’s official YouTube channel has put up a brief preview for the upcoming Premium item –DX DarkLiner Robo as used by the Shadow Line in Ressha Sentai ToQGer.

 

This video demonstrates the DarkLiner’s transformation and alternate head configurations (to mimic the generic Robo appearance or General Schwarz’s personal Robo based on your preference).

 

DX DarkLiner Robo will be released by Premium Bandai in December and costs 12.960 Yen.

The second form of Kamen Rider Drive has been revealed!
Thanks to a vinyl collectors’ figurine leaking out before the intended release date, we have our first look at Drive: Type Wild! This new armor is apparently built for heavy-duty combat, with the Tire moving to Drive’s shoulder instead of the chest.

Youtube reviewer wotakufighter has obtained the DX Tridoron vehicle from Kamen Rider Drive’s toyline, and a new video review demonstrates this supercar’s features- including cross-compatibility with the Tire Koukan action figure series.

DX Tridoron is available from all major tokusatsu retailers and costs a mere 7344 Yen!

One more unusual news item from New York Comic Con!

 

Digital media service Crunchyroll has picked up the 2005 Ultra series, Ultraman Max and will make the program available for streaming!

For newly interested fans, here is the story of Ultraman Max:

In the very first episode a strange visitor from space notices Toma’s bravery when the young man risks his own life to help save a lost little boy from danger. The alien gives Toma the power to become the mighty superhero Ultraman Max, a towering red and silver giant 40 meters tall. When two gigantic monsters threaten the world, Toma uses his new powers to destroy them.

 

Ultraman Max will be available beginning October 14!

The last piece of the Rainbow Line is now available in stores! Youtube user WotakuFighter gives us a close look at this gigantic shining piece of imagination!

A new round of toy scans has surfaced online. This gives us our first look at the secondary rider for the newly-begun series. A new warrior known as Kamen Rider Mach will be joining the Drive team!

Kamen Rider Mach uses another set of miniature vehicles tentatively known as Signal Bikes for his powers, with changes in Machs’ combat style represented by a road sign on the new Rider’s chest. Mach’s powers come from the Mach Driver a device that scans the Signal Bikes.

Kamen Rider Mach reverts to the traditional Rider transportation methods; his main vehicle is a white motorcycle known as the Rider Macher. Interestingly, the scans demonstrate a combination feature between the Ride Macher & enemy Machin Chaser’s Ride Chaser. What might this mean for the future adventures of Kamen Riders Mach & Drive? Bandai Japan’s official YouTube channel has uploaded a promo of the DX Tridoron (and yes, that appears to be the official English spelling)- the vehicle belonging to Kamen Rider Drive! This lets us see the transforming features in detail for the first time, and offers a hint regarding how future Tires will be available in the television program.

DX Tridoron is fully compatible with the Tire Koukan toy series, and is sold with the Speed Shadow Tire and the Shadow Shift Car. Altogether this set will cost you 7344 Yen. If you’re interested keep an eye on the import stores; DX Tridoron will be released October 18th!

The first piece of Kamen Rider Drive’s Tire Koukan (meaning Exchange) toyline has been released in Japan, and Youtube reviewer WotakuFighter offers us a close look at this new action figure!

TK-01 comes with the Speed and Flare Tires. The price is a modest 3200 Yen so if you’re interested check out the seller of your choice to confirm purchase!
