Power Rangers Megaforce for Nintendo 3DS Released – RangerCrew.com Review

Posted on November 5, 2013 at 10:53 pm by Chris under Power Rangers

If you’re a fan of Power Rangers Megaforce then you obviously should have some vested interest in the video game for the Nintendo 3DS that was released today (Tuesday, November 5th 2013). Our good friend Fury Diamond received an early copy and was kind enough to post, in all honesty, probably the most comprehensive review that any video game has ever received.

Every single detail of the game is reviewed by Fury Diamond – from the packaging, the menu screen, the exclusive card that comes with the game, character selection, and plenty of videos involving game play and more. On top of that, he lists the trophies you can acquire, secrets to unlock, and more!

Click here to check out this amazing review of the game!

Are you planning to pick up the game? Have you already picked it up? What are your thoughts? Share them in our discussion thread!

Power Rangers Megaforce 3DS Game to Feature Mighty Morphin Power Rangers

Posted on October 10, 2013 at 3:15 am by Chris under Power Rangers

Coming to you on November 30th, 2013, the Power Rangers Megaforce will battle Vrak and the Loogies on your Nintendo 3DS! And in celebration of the 20th Anniversary of Power Rangers, the game will feature unlockable skins for the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers!

The game is a classic side-scrolling action game. Yours truly got a chance to play test it a bit at San Diego Comic Con 2013 and while I had no idea what I was doing (I’m old, these whippersnapper games are hard for me) my buddy Fury Diamond at RangerCrew.com seemed to get the hang of it (I couldn’t figure out how to get past a wall…..) All in all, it was a fun experience playing the game!

For some screenshots and some video clips of this upcoming game, including images and video of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers skins in action, head on over to Fury Diamond‘s blog, Samurai Cast Blog!

Thanks again to Fury Diamond!

Namco Bandai announces Power Rangers Megaforce Game for 3DS!

Posted on April 11, 2013 at 10:00 pm by Shin Densetsu under Power Rangers

Namco Bandai has announced an all new Power Rangers Megaforce game coming for the Nintendo 3DS! The official Morpher Cards can be used to help you power up in the game, and by using the 3DS’ camera, you can take a picture of yourself and watch yourself morph into a Ranger in the game!

More info:

NAMCO BANDAI Games America Inc. today announced that Power Rangers MEGAFORCE® for the Nintendo 3DS™ will be heading to retailers in North and Latin America in Fall 2013. The side-scrolling, action-packed video game will be based on the popular Nickelodeon television series of the same title allowing fans to play as the Power Rangers Megaforce and defend Earth against the evil Warstar aliens.

In this new chapter of the popular Power Rangers video game series, fans play as their favorite Megaforce Ranger while the supporting Power Rangers provide their boundless advice and encouragement to players as they battle their way through challenge after challenge. The Rangers’ vocal and physical support will prove valuable as challenging situations and conditions arise in an attempt to foil players’ advancement. Power Rangers MEGAFORCE will plunge players into intense battles against repulsive enemies, but by forming gigantic Megazords, the Rangers will be able to implement powerful combos to help get them on the path to victory.

To enhance the player’s experience, Power Rangers MEGAFORCE will allow fans to scan official Power Rangers MEGAFORCE Morpher Cards to power up within the game. Players will also be able to utilize the Nintendo 3DS camera to take a picture and watch themselves actively morph into their favorite Megaforce Ranger to fend off enemy encounters with their own hands.

Power Rangers MEGAFORCE for the Nintendo 3DS will be available for purchase at video game retailers in North and Latin America this fall.
