Following his reveal last week in the latest batch of toy magazine scans, Bandai have uploaded official images of the forthcoming S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Zangetsu Shin to the official Tamashii Web Store site.
The upgraded Energy form of Zangetsu will come packaged with an array of hands, two versions of the Sonic Arrow and the Melon Energy lockseed. He will be available as a Tamashii Web Exclusive in August, costing 4536 yen.

Absolutely LOVE the water droplet effect they were able to replicate on him. It's my favorite detail of the energy riders.

I don't know why he is a exclusive when he is the main villain of the show.
I'd argue he isn't quite the villain. He thinks what he's doing is right. If anything he's just an antagonist at odds with Gaim. The clearly villainous character is Ryoma Sengoku.
But yeah, the days of him being the big bad Shiroi Armored Rider are gone.
