Akibaranger 1/1 Scale Deka-Wapper Coming?

Posted on November 6, 2012 at 6:02 am by ZeoRangerV under Super Sentai

While we saw several new Unofficial Sentai Akibaranger items at the 5th Anniversary Tamashii Nations event a few weeks back, there was one thing that seemed to slip under everyone’s noses. Among the recent Amiami facebook page update to their gallery of the event, they have uploaded an image of a 1/1 scale Deka-Wapper, the inordinate power of the Dekarangers and first component to the inordinate cannon!

Will the Deka-Wapper see release, along with the Akibaranger ranger keys and various other new items seen at the event? Only time will tell, but in the meantime check out the full sized image after the jump!

While I want this to happen as much as possible, I dread to think what the price of it would be, as well as realizing that the display are full of things that the Akibaranger hope to have were they to become an official Sentai, I think it's unlikely these products would be made for mass release

My first reaction when I saw the pic was "Oh that's pretty neat" and then I saw the 1/1 scale part. That would make these things huge!

While I doubt these will ever see release, I love how much love and effort Bandai have put into marketing this show. When it was first announced I thought it would be very much a flash in the pan thing.

That's what makes me wonder about what Bandai's intention is for Akibaranger, they sure are putting awfully lot in for something that lasted for only 1 season, here to hoping for more Akibaranger down the line!

Wait, yea. 1:1 scale? I take it back. Buying an overpriced Alternator of Prius doesn't make you insane. Buying this would make you insane.

So does this mean we'll also see the Bouken Scooper and Jet Winger in 1:1 scale?
