Akibaranger: The Cafe!

Is the news that Hikonin Sentai Akibaranger will be getting a second season still fresh on your mind? Well here's another awesome piece of news, tomorrow January 16th, the Akibaranger Cafe Delusion Base opens! If you thought it was awesome that the Akibarangers had their own cafe base in the show, now you can enjoy it in real life too!

This super sentai themed bar will feature food and drink based on various characters from the series as well as previous sentai. The Delusion Cafe will only be open for a limited time, January 16th to February 17th. That's just one month to get your fix of delusional treats, if you're living in Japan that is!

Too bad this didn't open near the Rider Cafe, then you'd have Super Meal Time.

The funny thing is, it will be more popular in real life than it is in the show .

Hmmm... what to order? I think I'll have the Jetman Bird Niku Wave (top center), the Abaranger Bakuryuu Curry (bottom left) and the S.P.D. (left, second row on drink menu).

I hope we get some pics of this!

Y'know, I'm really curious to know how the service staff dresses now…as well as how the interior looks, do we have any photos of the place yet?

Since it just opened today I'd say pics will surface tomorrow or the next day. For now we're flying blind. I hope beyond hope that it's a replica of the Akibaranger base cafe.
