    Skipped the preview to avoid spoilers, but this series has been head-and-shoulders better than the first IDW Goji ongoing, Kingdom of Monsters. This series is heartily recommended.

    Also, the latest miniseries, James Stokoe's The Half Century War, is about to wrap up. It has been a real treat to read, following the story of a single man over 5 decades of him chasing doing Godzilla. Stokoe wrote and drew it, and visually it looks like a manga. An actual manga, that is, not the "manga-inspired" stuff we normally get here in the States. The tpb was just solicited so I recommend that if you haven't been getting it in singles like I have.

    Yeah, a minor spoiler: In an earlier issue we saw a vision of a "coming darkness" which included hints of 3 Space Monsters -- Gigan, Hedorah, and Space Godzilla. So far the story has dealt with a team of operatives hunting down and attempting to capture varous Earth Monsters. So this is the payoff to finally see the Space Monsters.
