Thanks to Alpha Hero Shock we have some more news about the characters returning for Kamen Rider x Super Sentai x Space Sheriff: Super Hero Taisen Z.
According to these new magazine scans Arisa Komiya will be the only Go-Busters human character to return, reprising her role as Yoko Usami/Yellow Buster. She is pictured holding a robot named Psychoron, that falls on Earth and found by her.
Meanwhile Suzuka Morita (formerly Kotoha Hanaori/Shinken Yellow) will be returning as Gavan’s assistant Shelley, and Kenta Suga will be reprising his role from Movie Wars Ultimatum as Saburo Kazeta/Inazuman.
Super Hero Taisen Z will be released in Japanese cinemas on April 27th.

I'm completely speechless at the absence of 4/5 of the Go-Busters.
Toei's really trying to distance itself from the worst performing Sentai series of all time. I can only imagine Yoko's there since she's a girl and it's Japan.

Yeah....Toei really wants to run away and forget Go-Busters every happened. Typical Japanese media. If it's bad, forget it ever occurred in the first place.

Between the lack of success of Go-Busters and the fact that this will be the third film in about a year to feature Gavan, I think this is going to be the medium from which Toei will spin Gavan Type G into his own show. So a lack of focus on the Super Sentai is not surprising.

For those that like Go-Busters, great! I'm glad you like it. But we all need to face the fact that it is the worst performing Super Sentai series of all time. It's ratings are the lowest, and the merch sales are the lowest as well.
Honestly, there have been some pretty cool things that have happened in the show and there are some nice ideas as well. It just has not resonated with viewers.

Think back to the first Super Hero Taisen, and how the "Story" focused on two Gokaigers, a secondary Rider, and a civilian.
I imagine they want to do much of the same in this flick, have a rag tag group of characters from each of the recent series that becomes the central focus of the overall story. I don't think it has anything to do with how poorly Gobusters performed at all.
Think about it. Would we be getting a Gobusters V Cinema if that was really the case?

And that V Cinema is a mystery in of itself.
