Power Rangers Flash Mob at JapanExpo in Paris, France

Posted on July 8, 2013 at 11:31 pm by Chris under General Tokusatsu News, Power Rangers

This story goes to show that Power Rangers is indeed a worldwide phenomenon!

JapanExpo is the largest Japanese pop-culture convention of its kind. It was held in Paris, France earlier this month. To celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Power Rangers, over one-hundred individuals gathered for a “flash mob” of Power Rangers using “morphsuits” purchased from MorphSuits.com. They battled Puddies at Place du Trocadero, and invited fans to join in a choreographed battle.

If too much pink energy is dangerous, having all those rangers of repeating colors probably makes that mob a walking nuke.

Would have been even more awesome had they all been wearing real sentai suits

    Just...not impressed...
One: Those full body suit things.... just come off creepy to me. You either need an ACTUAL helmet, or leave your face uncovered. It just comes off as fetish-wear otherwise... The puddie version is...passable at least.
Two: Again it's like people seem to think the only Power Ranger series worth remembering is the first season or two. Even the puddies there were only first season versions. You think a brand with a 20 year history would have more people remembering the other 18+ years...

Man I hate sounding like a whining fan boy...
