The first of many two pack Figuarts to come from Bandai Tamashii Nations: Overdrive Black Ranger and Blue Ranger!
Based on the Japanese web exclusive Boukenger two pack set, this set features a packaging that features the US Power Ranger Overdrive logo and name, even on the clear blister window. The interior content is same as their Japanese counterparts though.
This two pack set comes with many accessories for both rangers but strangely the accessories did not include the guns without the nubs that connects the gun to the belt like Bouken Red/Overdrive Red did.
Overdrive Blue’s fan weapon comes with a removable strap that makes it easy to equip. Overdrive Black’s hands are a little loose around the hammer, so wield it with both hand is almost necessary.
The same neck issue that was present in Bouken Red/Overdrive Red still exists in this set as well.

They do look pretty good, but Bouken Red is one of my least favourite reds out so far...
Eh, maybe one day I'll pick em up.

They do look awefully pretty

I have the Boukenger release and they're pretty good, but I haven't seen Boukenger and wasn't a fan of Operation Overdrive and the Boukenger mold isn't my favourite (although its still better then the Go-busters mold), so I wasn't hugely impressed. I still want Pink, Yellow and Silver, but I'm mostly getting them for completion sakes, to be honest. I recommend picking them up, because they're still great figures, but if you're on a budget, there are better Sentai Figuarts out there, but that's just my two cents.

These are okay looking suits, but I have yet to see Boukenger, and OO....
But even still, these suits are that good designed for me. Im waiting for Hurricanegers!

Boukenger was an excellent show with some of the best suit and mecha design out there for modern sentai. I bought the Japanese release of these bad boys to spare myself the OO packaging, I just like my JP boxes, but since that's the only difference I'd highly recommend picking these up in any form you can get.
