I've only been able to watch episode 16, but I find it extremely interesting that the Spider Undead is still able to control people even though it's been sealed. That scene with Kenzaki and the belts though, that was hilarious . Also liked how they used the fight in the restauraunt to emphasize that Chalice is not human. WOnder when Garren will come back and what the chief will find. THis episode makes me want the Chalice figuart. XD

I haven't been keeping up with discussion, Cus I'm a terrible poster =p, but these episodes are a weird bunch.
*Fair warning:spoilers drop hints about later in the series*
For me they mark the end of a great run for Garren and unfortunately from here until the end he feels a little underused. He still has a few great moments but unfortunately, for me , his story peaks early.
It also is the start to the awesome 'main' Leangle plot and where the show really starts coming together... at least for a bit, until this gets all over convoluted and dragged out. Although that's all in hindsight really, and I do feel that the show overall really improves from here on out.

These episodes really turned things around. Especially Leangle using the Remote card to unseal the Undead within the cards and then he would claim them as his own afterwards. I'm just wondering how all this will pan out in the next episodes as now now that Kiryu is using Leangle now.

And here we have it, the birth of Leangle. I absolutely love his design and his weapon. Mutsuki can go either way, but Leangle is just down right badass. I love his introduction, especially the music introducing him, but it is his ability to just unseal the Undead from the cards once again that makes him a true badass. By the way, did anyone else laugh that the restaurant Tachibana was chilling at when he first saw Mutsuki was an Irish place with a clover (club) for its logo?
Speaking of which, it is too bad he did not actually choke the life out of Nozomi as she gets really annoying later on, but oh well. Girls will be girls. :-p
To be honest, I've never liked Kiryu as I never found him to be all that sympathetic of a character like it seemed the writers wanted us to be. He isn't bad, but he pretty much follows the same tropes of every man in these types of series who was not worthy of becoming a hero. He could be worse, but he just isn't very likable to me.
On the other hand, using Leangle's power to control the other Undead is down right badass. Overall, another good set of episodes even if they are not my favorite (but definitely not the worst, those will come later). They were there to introduce us to Leangle and Mutsuki, and that is exactly what they did. Babies in a locker and all.
One more thing, Kotaro as a rider would have been freaking scary.

Good batch of episodes, and finally we get Leangle! I have to say I love most of his design, the only thing I'm not quite sold on is his helmet, not sure why exactly, just... not.
The whole Leangle basically being a parasite thing is interesting, I enjoyed the scene where Mutsuki got the belt back, showing how he was almost becoming addicted/obsessed with it, and him losing control and trying and failing to get rid of it. Definitely excited to see where he goes from here. A couple of unanswered questions though, 1. How come he didn't transform when it was tested on him, and suddenly he's becoming Leangle just fine? 2. Where did his bike magically appear from? it wasn't shown in connection with the belt earlier...
So Kiryuu... not a fan. Seriously Tachibana, you just watched him kill someone in cold blood and you think he should have been given the power of Garren? Right... So I'm guessing that Kiryuu being Leangle is going to be the trigger for Tachibana to become Garren again to stop him.
So, were all the Undead that Leangle released ones that we've seen being sealed within the series? Didn't quite recognize them all.

I like Leangle introduction where he tested his power against Chalice and Blade. His powers are pretty neat when unsealing the monsters from it's card! It'll be a big diaster if the boss villian that Garren defeated is release!
I think Tachibana is fullfilling his girlfriend's dream by temporary not becoming Garren and recouping his losses. If Tachibana is really recovered over his fear, it's pretty mess up that his gf died over it.

Wow, Leangle sure nows how to make an enterance. It was really interesting to see typical new Rider introduced in the teen being treated at the coming of the apocalypse. The suit design is pretty good, just the right mixes of colors to look ominous. I like how the Spider Undead is calling the shots even if it's sealed. And that Remote Card could prove deadly if used right(which Kiryu seems to be doing).
As for non-Leangle stuff, the Kenzaki and the belt gag was amusing. Tachibana looks like he's retiring now that Isaka has been dealt with but we all know that won't last. Kiryu is an interesting guy, though I question him going around strangling and eltrocuting common criminals because of he failed to be Garren. As for Mutsuki, he sure is Leangle's host. I guess I'll get a better read on his character as the series progresses.

Only got to watch one episode since the last 2 days have been hectic for me...
Not much to say. I forgot how well off Leangle's debut was compared to what happens with him later, though I do wish they played up the mystery angle. I don't know how it would've worked, but eh. It's fine. I like what we got.
