Let’s Watch Wednesdays Week 15 Mahou Sentai Magiranger 37-39

Let’s Watch Wednesdays is #1! (But don’t tell Magiking we said that) Mahou Sentai Magiranger is heating up and the 10 Infershia Gods will lead us into the eventual finale!

Magi Mother lives! But one of the 10 Hades Gods has her, to find out which the Magirangers will have to eliminate them one by one. The sniper Cyclops, and his vanishing bullets, are next. Tsubasa will have to best the shooter at his own game. Meanwhile Drake attempts to destroy Magi Shine. And the deceitful Gorgon will use Toad’s poison to swap Houka & Kai! Can they solve their freaky friday situation in time to help the team?!

    37: A Tsukasa/Makito episode, it was ok, the rules for this match were cool but other than that it didn't impress me very much.
    On the other side, Makito's english and Kai being attacked by a bear that escaped the zoo was far more funny than it should have been.

    The Tsubasa episode was the weakest of this bunch but it isn't a particularly strong set of episodes either. The next ones however...

    38: Makito and everyone is alive, utter shock and stuff.

    I liked Cyclops mirror sniping ability, but it was a very "meh" episode.

    I feel that Tsukasa tends to work better when he is by himself and not part of some family lesson.

    Yay! Something to look forward to.

    Ah, the Cyclops episodes. It has been years since I last watched them but they are still some of my favorites. Both the A plot with the Ozu family fighting Cyclops and the B plot with Hikaru fighting Drake are some of my favorite Magiranger moments. As for 39, we learn that Kai is the superior Houka . And learn something isn't quite right because the Hades Gods haven't seen any signs of N. Ma's return yet. Good times to be had next week.

    39: A good old switcheroo episode, and it was an entertaining one all things said, Houka's and Kai's interactions tend to be some of the funnier ones in the show so this one continued the trend.
