THE GREAT SEIYAMANN
JM: For those who are completely confused as to why we are here, I’ll just say this: We are from CollectionDX, and we are taking over your website.
SS: Not really. This is SUPER REVIEW WARS DX!
JM: So what are we reviewing?
SS: Decaido!!
JM: STORYTIME!
SS: Kamen Rider Decade was part of the 10 year anniversary project for the new Heisei Kamen Rider shows. In Kamen Rider Decade, Tsukasa Kadoya must save the catastrophic destruction of many universes that are starting to fuse together. In order to do so, Tsukasa transforms into Decade and travels to the worlds protected by other Riders (and also the Shinkengers). In these universes, known as A.R. Worlds, Decade must help out his fellow Riders, all the while dealing with Narutaki and Diend’s plans to get in his way. Tsukasa’s adventure becomes a Journey through the Decade (of recent Kamen Rider shows).
The Kamen Rider Decade’s Violent Emotion flavor is how the character appears in the 2010 Kamen Rider War movie.
In his S.H. Figuarts incarnation, Decade looks great and is nicely detailed.
Kamen Rider Decade also has all of the awesome articulation of an S.H. Figuarts release: ball joints and double joints aplenty.
Need Decade to pull of the Iron Man pose?
No problem!
Need to contort Decade in weird ways?
You got it!
Decade comes with:
7 hands
The Ride Booker in all three forms: Book Mode, Gun Mode and Sword Mode.
2 heads
JM: So, one of his heads is for when he turns into violent emotion version, and the other head is for when he’s normal emotion version. There’s so little difference to them. Just the little gem in the front.
SS: All in all, the Kamen Rider Decade is a solid entry in the S.H. Figuarts line. The only thing that would have made this a better release, in my opinion, would have been the inclusion of at least one Rider Card. The Ryuki Riders S.H. Figuarts came with Advent Cards and that made those toys much better accessorized. The Kamen Rider Decade Violent Emotion S.H. Figuarts came out several years before the Ryuki S.H. Figuarts, so maybe I am just asking too much from a toy that is an older release.
JM: I disagree. Tiny little cards tend to get in the way when I’m playing with them. I never want to open the Ryuki ones because I know I’ll immediately lose them. Oh well. Still, I love this release, and I highly recommend it for DICKAYDO fans!
SS: Well I disagree with your disagreement. Gimme dem Rider Cards!! From a photography standpoint, I like to get my toys in as many poses from the show as possible. So if Bandai gives me little cards, I will gladly obsess over properly storing them. It seems like a fair tradeoff for being able to display the card-toting Rider holding his precious cards. Plus I have yet to lose one of my Advent Cards…( Walk away to count his Advent Cards).
Head over to CDX and check out some more reviews as a part of Super Review Wars as well!

I've never really been a fan of Violent Emotion, you can't even see the helmet differences unless your face is three inches from the figure.

Like this. Maybe add a podcast version of the crossover
