This special, as the name implies, will take place before the series proper begins. The primary focus of this episode will be the day the Global Freeze happened and how that affected the world and characters we know. We’ll also see the initial Roidmudes that were subsequently destroyed by the other character spotlighted in this special, Kamen Rider Proto Drive!
And the recently revealed Kamen Rider Drive Secret Mission: Hunter & Monster will be included with the January issue of Televi-Kun. This special focuses on a feud between the Massive Monster & Justice Hunter Shift cars while the phantom thief Ultimate Lupin is involved in a high profile kidnapping case! And if you are unable to obtain the Episode 0 DVD have no fear, the Type Televi-Kun Special includes it as well!

So if this show takes direct inspiration from Knight Rider, does that mean that Proto-Drve will drive a Semi-Truck named Goliath, destroy Trideron and the Belt, and they'll be replaced by the very fetching Dr. Bonnie Barslow? Or I guess in this case Kiriko. Who is also quite fetching.
I love how they want you to get both DVD in order to complete the whole extra episode story.
