Youtube reviewer wotakufighter has put up a new review looking at the latest item in the Shuriken Sentai Ninningers’ arsenal- DX UFOMaru!
UFOMaru is the second Otomo Shinobu released in this series, a flying saucer capable of combining with DX ShurikenJin and granting even more fantastic abilities.
The DX UFOMaru is priced at 3024 Yen and should be available from all major Super Sentai retailers very soon!

It looks great! Love the ray gun it has going on. This year's mecha line has been pretty fun so far.
After seeing the promotional images, I was extremely excited about UFOmaru.
After seeing the video footage, I have to admit that I'm a little underwhelmed with him instead.
It's almost like they didn't even try to integrate the ninja star into the UFO. It just sits on top with a huge gap between it and the saucer section.
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that the arms visibly hanging out the rear is a mistransformation. It looks like they could be flipped down in UFO mode giving him sort of a tripod landing gear along with the gun handle. That could create an illusion of him 'hovering' a little off the ground.
I love the sound effects made when he does the super combine. Everything about this add on makes me think of very old school Tokatsu series.
Until you see how far out the feet stick out in side profile, and from the proximity. Now I can't unsee it.
