Godzilla VS Announced for Playstation 4

The release of PS3’s Godzilla game is just around the corner, and while we wait another title: Godzilla VS was just announced in the latest issue of Famitsu magazine.

Godzilla VS will is an action game reminiscent to the Gundam VS series, at the moment only a Playstation 4 version has been announced and will a feature competitive online versus mode.

Godzilla VS will see a release sometime in this summer in Japan while a western release remains to be seen.

    To clarify, the new game coming in Japan for PS4 is Godzilla VS.

    The game we've already known is coming to the US for PS4 all this time is in fact the same game. Only difference is that we're simultaneously getting the PS3 and PS4 Godzilla games with the same name. The multiplayer feature and, presumably, Spacegodzilla are not in our PS3 game, same as Japan's PS3 release last year.

    Because the XBone sucks. Why do you think they are already advertising Halo 5 on TV when the game isn't out for another 6 months. They've got nothing until then.

    Seriously though, I just don't understand why they changed the name of the game when it is the same game they already released, just on PS4.

    Mostly because I want to play this game but I lack the funds to shell out for a PS3/PS4 which leaves me confined to my Xbox 360. I really want to play it but the developers (or whoever's bright idea it was to make a PlayStation exclusive) are making it really difficult for me. All I ask is that they make an Xbox 360/Xbox One version but that's too difficult for them to do. Just a Xbox One version will do since the console is region free.

    The thing is, MS alienated an entire fanbase and developers with their initial decision making. It sucks for those who have an X1, but you can blame no one but Microsoft for this. Sony made the same mistake when the PS3 came out and it bit them hard for the first half of that generation.
