Today brings yet another early look at the upcoming 17th heisei kamen rider, Kamen Rider Ghost!
– First up we have a brand new image giving us our first full bodied look at Ghost in 3 of his forms; Musashi Soul, Edison Soul, & Ore Soul.
– Next we have our first look at the various new weapons created from the combination of Ghost’s Ghost Gadgets with his Gangan Saber! Follow this link to see our breakdown of how those combinations work for each of Ghost’s Souls.
– Lastly we have our first clear look at how this years gimmick action figure line, Ghost Change, will work! In a similar fashion to the old COR line from Kabuto or the AC line from Gaim, the Soul “jackets” are accessories that snap on over the basic rider bodies. The jacket has a rotating face plat that when not connected to a rider gives the effect of a ghostly aura where the face should be. It would also apepar that the “sleeves” are jointed somewhat so as not to hinder the figures articulation. We know based on the Ghost Series release information that Ghost & Specter bodies will only be included with GC01 & GC03.

Still best to take with a grain of salt, but a fashion themed Rider would be interesting.
In an earlier post by Jefusion(who we debunked earlier) the sourced quotes were from members of 2chan, this included FIqyFr3nB, who had previously provided rumors for Kamen Rider Drive's Type DeadHeat, Type Formula, and Kamen Rider Chaser.
From zQacw/7nsedJ - Kazuhiro Takahashi will be the head producer for the next series. He has previously worked as series producer for Kamen Rider Fourze, and a few episodes of Kamen Rider W and Kamen Rider OOO.
They also stated that it is likely that the tradition of the summer movie introducing the next main rider for the new series will return. This means that the Drive's final form and the next Kamen Rider will be officially revealed in next month's terebi-kun and before Kamen Rider Drive’s summer movie premieres this coming August.

We have our trademark! And unless there's some clever naming scheme, this seems to debunk the fashion rumors.
Fashion themed? I heard it was going to be a card theme. But then, none of this is most likely true. I'm not even sure how a fashion themed series would even work. But then, I'll take anything after Drive. God I wish that show as ending already.
Let me reiterate what I said in the same news thread that used JeFusion source for the rumor:

There's a way I can take this theme and twist it into a pony related pun.
But I'm not really feeling it. So fashion pone.
I know you like using ponies for reaction stuff now but man cut down the size of it, not everyone is a fan and this is primarily a toku forum.
Keeping on topic. Fashion themed is quite an interesting one, it's not something usually marketed towards boys. I feel like it's going to be the same as the dancing in Gaim in that it'll serve as a backdrop as opposed to the theme of the suit and belt.
But in saying that it might also be a theme in that parts of the suit will change as if changing clothes, a bit like OOO in a way. For example maybe different shoes could result in different Rider Kicks.
Fashion sounds like a really good idea for the gimmick line as well. The Tire Koukan series is cool but it just doesn't stack up to, say, outfitting figures with an entirely new set of armor or swapping torsos and heads and all of that other stuff.
