Just over two years ago, three friends got together and decided that all their conversations they were having on text messages could be translated to an audio format – like a podcast – and maybe people would be interested in hearing what they had to say. Fast forward two years and we’ve been incredibly humbled by everyone’s support and well wishes for our podcast – Talkin Toku Podcast – as we’ve slowly began to close shop.
Today is the day that we officially end the podcast.
But, to quote the immortal band Semisonic and their infamous goodbye song, “every new beginning comes from some other new beginning’s end” – and nothing could be truer. While the podcast comes to a close, we’ve been working behind the scenes on expanding our media footprint in the world. While we don’t have anything specifically to share or announce as of right now, please note that we’ve committed ourselves to new, engaging ways to bring to you the same humor and passion that you’ve come to expect. Trust us when we say it’s worth the wait!

This is it - the final episode for the Talkin Toku Podcast.
Nothing is off the table. Rather than go in to detail about every single thing we discussed in hopes that you'll want to listen - it's our final thoughts on Shuriken Sentai Ninninger, Kamen Rider Ghost, and Power Rangers Dino Charge. We also play your voice clips (thank you for those), as well as read your commentary on our retiring the podcast.
And then we asked you to ask us anything on Twitter. For fuck's sake, why did we do that? Anyways, it's all in the show for you to listen to.
Thank you for 2 wonderful years. See you soon and remember - no matter how you do it, or where you do it - keep talkin' toku!

Hey, guys.
Just wanted to say that I'll miss Talkin' Toku and hearing your opinions and point of view of events in the fandom, news, and show wise. I've listened to every episode you've put out since the beginning and I've enjoyed each one of them.
While I understand the reasoning for ending the podcast, I hope it can come back sometime in the future. I'll miss seeing the images that goes along with the episodes and overall just getting your thoughts on episodes and events in the fandom.
PS: Kickback, (first off, congrats!!) the songs you've put in the episodes have broadened my music library--sentai and kamen rider songs aside--so thanks for that as well!

I always loved the images and this one is great with the Ninja Steel game show thing going on. I'm going to miss Talkin' Toku.

I'm gonna miss this show. It's always been funny, and it's been nice hearing who you're going to have to apologise to next.
But seriously. Thanks for the two years of podcasts. And two years of images. And, most importantly, the Gaim-inspired opening

Thank you for recording such a great podcast for the past two years. It's sad to see it go, but I'm happy to hear that it's for better rather than worse. You guys are great hosts and I'll miss hearing your crazy conversations and seeing Den-O's podcast images.
Also, congratulations, Kickback!

I'll miss this podcast. Most often, I'll miss the fellowship of the group, and the crossovers with the surviving RCPH. Best wishes to your future endeavors, and I'll keep it locked here for updates.
And yeah, congrats Chris/Kickback!
